Berkshire Bird of Prey come to visit

Berkshire Birds of Prey came along to show us some beautiful birds of prey. Residents were spellbound by these lovely birds and got to hold and stroke PJ the white faced Scops Owl, Luna the Barn Owl, and little Sky the baby Owl. As you can see from the pictures the Residents loved handling the birds and Angela even took them to Residents who were bed bound. A fantastic day and we hope to have them back soon.
Interesting Fact: Did you know the Owls cannot be put in the same Aviary as they will eat each other?!!
