The Residents took part in some Boxercise.

Residents took part in some Boxercise exercises. This involves some stretching to warm up and punching a Boxing pad. Some residents really get into it and seem to enjoy punching the mit! This helps with their co-ordination as well as strengthening their core muscles. Learning new routines and following instructions helps to keep them mentally aware, plus and most important of all it is fun!
