27 November 2013

Glebe House are very please to annouce that they will be sponsoring Caterham Cricket Club.

Boasting a heritage back to the 1870s, Caterham CC remain a thriving and friendly cricket club who have built a reputation for good quality cricket played in the right spirit. We currently run three Saturday XIs in the Fullers Brewery Surrey County League and have a full fixture list of friendly and league cricket on Sundays.

At the heart of their continued success is their thriving colts section and the recent achievement of being awarded the prestigious Club Mark Accreditation. This reflects their commitment to investment in youth cricket and building strong community links.

They play their home matches at the Old Cats playing fields in the centre of Caterham. As part of the Cricket Force scheme, impending improvements to the facilities mean that the future of cricket in Caterham looks bright!!

Caterham are always on the look-out for new junior and senior players. Training sessions for seniors are held at the home ground on Tuesday evenings from May until August, and junior sessions on Friday evenings. Or if you are in the area just pop up to Park Avenue on match days if you are interested in joining.
