During the pandemic lots of people turned to nature, going for walks outside was a coping strategy and it is a well known fact that green spaces are vital for mental health. Nature helps our psychological and emotional health and connecting with nature helps, so connect with nature to improve your wellbeing and you will see natures role can bring solace and joy into your life.
