Our Staff, working towards Health and Social Care NVQ/QCF Certificate Level 2 & 3.

This training is designed to teach us how to deliver an excellent level of care, develop a clear understanding of a specific role and responsibilities, also it creates a safe and healthy environment for staff and those we care for. Gebi, our Health Care Assistant is currently progressing towards his level 3 certificate. Our staff turnover is very low and we consider it to be one of our strengths, we actively support staff in their role to succeed.
