Our wonderful carers really are the backbone of Glebe House. Each individual has a different story to tell, a different calling to be a carer, but they all share the same determination, to deliver care of the highest standards, making a real difference to the everyday lives of our Residents. Our staff turnover is very low and we consider this to be one of our strengths.
