We feel that keeping everyone moving in different ways is really important so we do lots of regular fitness sessions with our wonderful Tai Chi instructor, Charles and activities coordinator, Brigid.

Boxing was on the menu today which is great fun always results in a giggle but most importantly keeps us moving!

It's also a very effective stress reliever for all!
